蘇博士曾任智原科技的設(shè)計架構(gòu)長，帶領(lǐng)包括市場、研發(fā)、技術(shù)支持及銷售的CPU及DSP專案小組。在2003年回臺灣前，在硅谷著名公司從事high performance CPU及SoC 架構(gòu)設(shè)計及管理工作12年，包括Sun Microsystems、C-Cube Microsystems、SGI/MIPS及Intergraph。

2003年本科畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)，2008年獲中科院計算所博士學(xué)位，2010-2012年普林斯頓大學(xué)博士后?，F(xiàn)為中科院計算所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師、先進(jìn)計算機系統(tǒng)研究中心常務(wù)副主任、華為-計算所聯(lián)合實驗室執(zhí)行負(fù)責(zé)人、技術(shù)委員會主任。研究方向主要是計算機系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)，研制的訪存監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、DMA優(yōu)化技術(shù)在華為、Intel等國內(nèi)外企業(yè)應(yīng)用。普林斯頓大學(xué)博士后期間發(fā)布的多核基準(zhǔn)程序集PARSEC 3.0下載已逾1萬次，在計算機體系結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域被廣泛應(yīng)用。面向云計算數(shù)據(jù)中心的軟件定義服務(wù)器新架構(gòu)（PARD）研究的相關(guān)技術(shù)在華為海思芯片落地應(yīng)用，入選華為全球合作五個代表性成果寫入華為2015年報。
包云崗研究員在ASPLOS、HPCA、ISCA、SIGMETRICS、SC等計算機系統(tǒng)國際會議期刊發(fā)表了30余篇論文，多次擔(dān)任ASPLOS、SC等國際頂級會議程序委員會委員。曾兩次獲中科院計算所優(yōu)秀論文一等獎，獲首屆2013年 「CCF-Intel青年學(xué)者」獎，受邀參加2015年國際計算機著名論壇（Dagstuhl Seminar）數(shù)據(jù)中心專題，入選2016年度中國計算機大會（CNCC）特邀主旨講者。擔(dān)任中國計算機學(xué)會理事、普及工作委員會主任、《中國計算機學(xué)會通訊》編委，中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會理事。

Former Vice President of mobile security at Trend Micro, Cesare is CEO and Founder of Hex Five Security – the first Commercial Open Source security vendor for RISC-V, an active member of the RISC-V security group, and a long-time supporter of the RISC-V Foundation.
